No. Results are only visible to the election administrator (on the device that created the election). Voters can only cast their vote and receive confirmation. Results can be made public after voting closes if desired.
The device that creates an election is permanently bound to that election as a security measure. If you lose access to that device, you won't be able to manage that specific election. We recommend using a secure, dedicated device for creating elections that you have reliable access to.
